Salad: Butter Lettuce, Shaved Shallot, Pear & Candied Walnuts, Creamy Herb Dressing

Regular Entrée: Cider Brined Pork Loin & Thyme Jus

Vegetarian Entrée: Quinoa & Mushroom Stuffed Acorn Squash with Thyme Jus

Side: Roasted Fingerlings, Fennel, Red Onion

Dessert: Frangipane & Seasonal Fruit Tart

If you are available, please sign up to help dry dishes after the meeting. It's a great way to get to know other members!
