EVENT VENUE FACILITIES & AMENITIES

    CLUBHOUSE & GROUNDS:

    Rental of our facilities may include use of the great room, stage, sunroom, foyer, kitchen, covered patio, gardens, gazebo, private free parking lot, and our inventory of tables and chairs.

    The Great Room: Historic open ceiling trusses and original hardwood floors are the centerpiece of the Great Room which features seating capacity of 175 (theater style: includes chairs only) or 125 people (banquet style: includes tables and chairs). An elevated stage provides the perfect rostrum for guest of honor or a band.

    Dining Facilities: The great room can accommodate sit-down indoor dining for 92 guests. The garden can provide additional seating space for about 50 guests.

    Garden and Gazebo: A picture book setting for weddings

    Tables and Chairs: The Monday Club has tables and chairs available for indoor and outdoor use . If you choose to use our available table and chairs, All Traditions will secure an approved vendor to set up your event. The following is a list of tables and chairs available for you use:

    Available for use INDOOR ONLY:

    • 10 Round Tables (5’ Diameter)
    • 2 Round Tables (6’ Diameter)
    • 10 Banquet Tables (30” x 96”)
    • 4 Rectangular Tables (30” x 48”)
    • 175 Padded/Upholstered Chairs
    • 10 Folding Chairs
    • 4 Card Tables
    Available for use OUTDOOR ONLY:
    • 124 White folding Chairs
    • 12 small white folding tray tables
    Additional Items:

    Available for use:

    • Microphone
    • Motorized Projection Screen (12” x 12”)
    • Podium

      Available for a fee:

      • Sunroom Fireplace: $100 fee. Add warmth and ambiance to your special event with the gas log system in our floor to ceiling flagstone fireplace in the sunroom.
      • Grand Piano: $100 fee. Pianist must be approved prior to event and Tenant shall only use the piano tuner approved by the Monday Club.

        ADDITIONAL FACILITIES, ITEMS & REGULATIONS

        Alcoholic Beverages: Alcohol may be served or sold in compliance with the State ABC regulations. If selling alcohol Tenant must provide the Landlord with a copy of an ABC license (Alcohol Beverage Control Board). No corkage fees are charged.

        Smoking: The Monday Club building and grounds are strictly no smoking; according to the City of San Luis Obispo No Smoking Ordinance Municipal Code Chapter 8.6.

        Multiple Booking Discount: The rental fees can be discounted for multiple bookings. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 

        Maximum Occupancy for Great Room:  Chairs & Tables - 92, Chairs Only - 196, Standing Only - 275

        Maximum Occupancy for Sunroom: Chairs & Tables - 28, Chairs Only - 60, Standing Only - 84

        Catering: You may select the caterer of your choice. Bringing in a BBQ wagon is okay too.
