EVENT VENUE RENTAL RATES

Single Full Day Rental:

  • Up to 10 hours (3 hours set up time, 6 hours event time, and 1 hour clean up time)
  • Clean up and exit no later than 11pm
  • Includes use of kitchen, indoor tables & chairs and outdoor chairs
  • Monday through Thursday - $1500
  • Friday & Sunday - $2500
  • Saturday - $3600

Weddings:

  • 90 minutes of rehearsal time is included at no additional charge (date and time subject to availability, and cannot be confirmed until two weeks in advance)

ADDITIONAL ITEMS:

Fireplace:

        • A fireplace is located in the sunroom. Add warmth and ambiance to your special event with the gas log system in our floor to ceiling flagstone fireplace - $100
Grand Piano:
    • Pianist must be approved prior to event - $100
