MEETING PROGRAM: PENGUINS!

Jean Pennycook is an American educator and zoologist specializing in Antarctic Adélie penguins. Jean will share her experiences and educational outreach projects.

LUMINA ALLIANCE

Our last Lumina collection for this club year will be at our meeting. We will be collecting new only: double bed and twin bed sheet sets, pillows, TJ Maxx, Target and Walmart gift cards, and Chevron and Arco gas gift cards.

Lunch will be served buffet style.

Main Course: wild caught ahi with olive oil poached

Vegetarian Option: seared tempeh

Sides: back porch bakery baguette with whipped butter

Salad: salade niçoise with bibb lettuce, baby potatoes, heirloom tomato, haricot vert, kalamata olive, red onion, egg and dijon vinaigrette

Dessert: meyer lemon & yuzu lemon bars with shortbread crust
