Lunch will be catered by Healing Harvest & served buffet style. Main Course: roast pork loin with dijon & herb pan sauce, chives Vegetarian Option: farro & roasted acorn squash with cashew green goddess dressing Side: warm potato salad with red potatoes, shallot, radish, parsley, white balsamic, olive oil Salad: Zeste Farms baby kale mix with pecorino, pine nuts, lemon vinaigrette Dessert: orange cranberry curd tartlets with cinnamon oat crust and fresh whipped cream Please select regular or vegetarian option when you register.
