MEETING PROGRAM: Guest Speaker & Winter Music Sing-a-long!

Guest Speaker: Sheri Eibschutz

Sheri is a clinical and public health microbiologist. Since 2004, she’s been president of Category Five Professional Consultants, Inc., an emergency preparedness consulting firm that specializes in multi-hazard emergency response and hazard mitigation planning.

Additionally, Sheri is the CEO of SLO Community Cares and has been overseeing the SLO Community Holiday Feast since 1997 and the Care Packages for Christmas campaign since 1998.

LUNCHEON MENU:

Lunch will be catered by Healing Harvest & served buffet style.

Main Course:
Regular: Hungarian Goulash with braised beef chuck, sweet paprika, red bell peppers, parsley

Vegetarian: Stewed Broad Beans with sweet paprika, red bell peppers, parsley

Side dish:Roasted Root Vegetables with celeriac, baby red potatoes, rutabaga, radish

Dessert: Apple Dapple Cake with Cirone Farms apples, walnuts, buttery brown sugar glaze
