MEETING PROGRAM: iINNOVATE
The iINNOVATE Initiative is a partnership between SLCUSD and the San Luis Coastal Education Foundation to connect classroom learning to the outside world, equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
Learn about how The Monday Club has worked in conjunction with iINNOVATE to create a program for students.
A 3 minute video on The Monday Club and Julia Morgan created by Teach Elementary students will be viewed. You’ll also get to enjoy a blooper reel.

LUMINA ALLIANCE - BACK TO SCHOOL!
The Lumina Alliance Committee will be collecting Back to School items at our September 9th meeting.

LUNCHEON MENU:
Chef Karen from Healing Harvest Catering will provide a dynamic & seasonally curated menu celebrating our Central Coast bounty.
- Chopped Salad (gf) with romaine, tomato, cucumber, shaved red onion, feta cheese, lemon sumac vinaigrette
- Quinoa Tabbouleh (gf) with parsley, mint, tomato, cucumber, onion, olive oil and lemon
- Regular Entree: grilled chopped chicken (gf) with yogurt & herbs
- Vegetarian Entree: lentil & mushroom fritters (gf)
- Sides: baba ghanoush (gf), hummus (gf), tzatziki (gf), house pita
- Dessert: orange saffron glazed persian love cupcakes (gf), rosewater & orange blossom, pistachios
Please select regular or vegetarian option when you register. And if you are available, please sign up to help dry dishes after the meeting. It's a great way to get to know other members!
