Paden Hughes, a popular public speaker and executive coach, will speak to us this month about Leadership.


She is asked to speak throughout the county on topics of professional development, health and wellness and more. Her most popular speaking topic is how Human Resource managers and business leaders can embrace younger generations and understand the generational gaps. She also is a small business consultant, working to teach technicians the practical side of running a business. She loves and is passionate about educating and inspiring people to achieve their potential. Prior to running Gymnazo full time, Paden was a consultant at Collaboration Business Consulting and has worked with dozens of Central Coast companies, helping them build thriving businesses. She loves to travel with her husband and daughter and be outdoors.


Luncheon cost is $20.00 and is due at the door unless you have previously prepaid for the year. Members who have pre-paid for the year also need to make their reservation to indicate their entree choice.

Please note that you MUST have a lunch reservation by January 28, 2019 for this event. You can cancel a reservation within 7 days before the luncheon or you will receive an invoice for $20.00. Prepaid luncheon are non-transferable and non-refundable.
