From the moment you arrive and are greeted with the sights and sounds of India - experiences at the Indian Marketplace where you can indulge in a henna tattoo and purchase unique Indian items, vibrantly decorated dining tables in the main hall, festive Indian music, delicious Indian food and the spectacular professionally conducted Live Auction. You won’t want to miss a minute of this unusual and memorable event!

Passed Appetizers as you arrive will be Vegetable Pakora (Mixed vegetable fritters) and Vegetable Samosas (Crisp pastries filled with mildly spiced potatoes and leeks).
THE VEGETARIAN'S MAIN COURSE will be Dal Makhani (Mixed lentils cooked in Indian spices), Aloo Mutter (Potatoes mixed with green peas), Vegetable Biryani (Indian "Fried Rice" with vegetables), Raita (Yogurt mixed with cucumber & cilantro with a hint of spices), and Naan (The classic tandoori naan).
THE MEAT LOVER'S MAIN COURSE all of the above plus Chicken Tikka Masala (Boneless chicken marinated in yogurt and spices in a tomato cream sauce) and Tandoori Chicken Tikka (Cubed boneless chicken in special sauce).
All guests will enjoy a dessert of Gulab Jaman (Milk balls in rose flavored syrup).
